📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine mechanical systems, including engines, generators, and other critical components.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address mechanical issues.
• Work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment such as Maximo, SAP, and other specialized software to manage and optimize maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Mechanical Technician or equivalent.
• Certification in marine mechanical systems or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Nautical Institute, International Marine Contractors Association).
• Proficient in using Maximo, SAP, or similar maintenance management software.
• Strong knowledge of marine mechanical systems, including engines, generators, and other critical components.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
