📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all departmental goals are met and exceeded.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Represent the department in company-wide initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and team performance.
• Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management discipline is a plus.
