📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal guidance and support to the palm oil plantation operations in Kalimantan Barat
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for new projects and acquisitions
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Monitor and report on legal and regulatory changes that may impact the business
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to support business objectives
• Provide training and support to employees on legal and compliance matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to ensure the smooth operation of the business

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal and regulatory framework, particularly in the palm oil industry
• Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
