📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate withdrawal requests from agencies, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with branch offices to streamline transactions and maintain financial integrity.
• Monitor and validate transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to agencies and branch offices.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues in transactions.
• Ensure timely processing of withdrawal requests to meet customer expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the finance or banking industry.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
