📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in preparing food and drinks according to standard procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using POS systems and food service software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
