📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to healthcare professionals.
• Assist in patient registration, scheduling, and documentation using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient information is maintained in the hospital information system (HIS).
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of healthcare resources.
• Assist in patient transportation and accompany patients to various departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
• Assist in the preparation of patient rooms and equipment for medical procedures.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a patient service or administrative role in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
