📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Maintain a clean and attractive outlet environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.,Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated with company initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful outlet management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
