In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial accounting and tax processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting and tax processes, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax compliance.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support business decision-making.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and tax authorities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to junior staff on financial accounting and tax matters.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
