📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and participate in training and development programs for team members.,Handle staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
