📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Analyze cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and submit cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and control techniques.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of Indonesian construction industry and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
