📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with the last 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
