📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and hire top talent.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.,Conduct regular HR audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential HR issues.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
