📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high level of customer service.,Greet and assist customers, providing information about products and services.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they meet the company's service standards.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
