📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the crew members.,Monitor the performance of crew members and provide feedback and support as needed.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the crew.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for the crew and other employees.,Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise within the crew.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other company events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
