📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and optimize Citco's IR systems and processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and maintain Citco's IR data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Citco's IR systems.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fund administration and financial services.
• Participate in project teams to support Citco's IR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Citco's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of IR systems and processes, including fund administration and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
