DRIFT Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Pontianak. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels in real-time using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock replenishment and ordering processes.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management software and processes.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding inventory inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Proficient in using inventory management software, preferably SAP or similar systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
