📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's growth and development.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques.,Experience in employee training and development.
