📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance, including servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
