📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the most cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that cost estimates align with project goals
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost updates to stakeholders
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-saving measures
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate financial risks
• Prepare and present cost reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost estimation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and project management in the construction industry
• Proficient in using cost estimation software such as EstimateOne, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus
