As a BIM Modeller (MEP & Civil/Structural) at CHECC(Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models for various projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM models are accurate, efficient, and compliant with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP and Civil/Structural projects using industry-standard tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM models are accurate, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines for the team.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
• Generate reports and documentation to support project decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong background in MEP and Civil/Structural disciplines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Collaboration Forum, Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
