📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate fit.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
