Pan International Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.,Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation in quality assurance.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all quality assurance activities are documented and reported in a timely and accurate manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior QA management role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of QA professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is a plus.
