📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality,Participate in inventory management and cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Experience with inventory management and cost control,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
