🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record in risk transformation and strategic planning.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques.,Experience in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.,Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM are a plus.
