📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position and ensure the right candidates are hired.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the status of their application.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
