📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and control production equipment using Siemens WinCC and SCADA systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Train and mentor junior operators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address production bottlenecks
- Participate in shift-based operations to ensure 24/7 production continuity
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years as a Master Operator
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- Proficient in using Siemens WinCC and SCADA systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
