📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to secure business.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
