Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage data analysis projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts.
  • Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in leading data analysis projects.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
