📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations, including opening and closing shifts.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate recording of transactions.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Report to management on sales performance and cashier efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.
