In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Assist with the implementation and troubleshooting of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.,Provide on-call support during business hours to address urgent technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
