Sumber Dewi Computer is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and reporting. You will work closely with our drivers and mechanics to ensure our vehicles are always ready for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Schedule and track vehicle usage and maintenance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Manage fuel and oil purchases and track usage.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet status and performance.
  • Work closely with drivers and mechanics to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
