📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of quality and safety
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Work closely with the team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and maintain product standards
• Manage and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Provide training and support to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Operator or similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
