Assist in the setup and maintenance of machinery,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency,Perform quality control checks on finished products,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine issues,Maintain a clean and safe work environment,Follow all safety protocols and procedures,Assist in the training of new employees,Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role,Knowledge of basic machinery maintenance and operation,Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals,Strong problem-solving skills,Good communication and teamwork skills,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
Basic mechanical skillsFamiliarity with machinery maintenance toolsAttention to detailTime management skillsBasic computer skillsLanguage skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun are a plus
