PRISM Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant F&B Service to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food and beverage services and wants to make a difference in the hospitality industry.

As an Assistant F&B Service, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our F&B areas, and assisting in the preparation of food and beverages.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the F&B areas.
  • Assist in the preparation of food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Stock and manage inventory of food and beverage supplies.
  • Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the F&B manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage services is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
