📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing the restaurant's daily operations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.,Manage the reservation system and ensure tables are ready for guests.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.,Assist in the training and supervision of other staff members.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Butler.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
